Well Halloween is here and passing fast. Second year in a row and no kids came to trick or treat. We may be a little too far back on a dark dead end street for any kids or parents to see us. Maybe next year I will put up some flashing decorations in the front yard and/or driveway to attract unsuspecting trick or treaters. Or next year we may just do like my friend does and have a pumpkin carving party.
Either way we need to obviously do something different. I really can’t blame parents though, it much more dangerous than when I was a kid now days. In fact my folks, even back then, would buy candy ahead of time, then when I went to bed they would switch what I had gotten going door to door with safe candy they had bought. Which if everyone did this makes for a crap loD of wasted candy everywhere just so parents can be safe. But…being a parent myself now I really can’t blame them at all.
I told Tessya and Chloe’ happy Halloween earlier, hope they had a really good and safe time tonight. I k ow what Chloe’ dressed up as, not sure about Tessya. Hopefully I will have some pictures of them all dressed up to post here. I will definitely have some we took of the outside decor, myself in costume, and Seth dressed as Harry Potter.

Well, here we are in Miami for a family visit. Definitely hot right now but at least the humidity isn’t bad at all. I am outside in the car right now waiting for the ladies to get thier hair done. Chloe’ was allowed to dye her hair hot pink, temporary dye of course, so her hair should be normal again when she is done. At least as normal as a teenage girl gets now days. LOL
